BenchLynk sends SMS repair notifications only after explicit customer consent during the jewelry repair intake process.

During Intake

Customers enter their mobile phone number and must check an unchecked consent checkbox that states:

“By providing your mobile number and checking this box, you agree to receive SMS notifications from BenchLynk regarding your jewelry repair (including repair received and ready-for-pickup alerts). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out.”
